Mr Price Windermere

If you are looking to start your day with the kind of service that infuriates you , then Mr Price Windermere is the store to visit.I was in the unfortunate position of having to pick up a click and collect order from them this morning. Arrived at the centre just before 9am and was outside their door by 08:55.With two little girls in tow,I waited patiently for them to open then proceeded to the cash desk to collect my order.I was not greeted by either one of the three ladies standing behind the counter. . I greeted then said I was there to collect my order. Mumbling , one of the ladies referred me to the other standing next to her who promptly looked up at me with irritation as she counted out her float and told me that they had just opened and I should take a seat and wait for her while she sorted her money out. The other lady seeing my expression of shock called me back to her and then assisted me. A transaction that then took less than two minutes to complete with the potential to exceed customer expectations, is now guaranteed to leave a long lingering poor opinion of the service levels and standards one can expect from Mr Price. Absolutely annoyed at the appalling service. Mr Price , DO BETTER !!!!!

Not the most up to date and modern Mr. Price experience if you have been to many of their stores around SA - especially since this store is in Windermere and not a small town off the map. Quiet laid back shopping. I found them to lack a lot of variations of clothing. A lot of same stuff, limited options. Easy access, free open air and undercover parking.

Small store. Men's apparel selection better than ladies. Hardly any shoes. But a nice store with a good manager

This is not a big Mr p but it makes up for it in staff presence.I have always loved going to this branch, and spending time looking around. I always find something to buy over here, even more than in the bigger branches.I recommend this branch to anybody who likes Mr p stores.I have found some of my favorite items of clothing in this particular store.

Very neat, lovely lady helped me find sizes. Went in just before closing too. Nice selection too.

Shocking service. Staff are non existant and when you do find one, they arent very helpful and always seem like they doing you a favour

wasnt really a great shopping experience. Very limites stock in the store, and very seldomly changes styles. Customer service was very average.

I must commend Carl on his good customer service, I am ot sure of he is the manager of the store but he is always walking about, greeting the customers and straightening shelves etc.... very neat story and always so welcoming to come in
