Terrible service. Disgusting is an understatement. We have claimed since the 10th of June, till today. The guy told us they can't come to Limpopo for burial coz its far. But they never told us before, he told us they will send us cash instead. We have waited. We kept calling. They requested documents one by one, when we called them, and finally told us to wait for 24hours... We had to borrow money to bury our loved one. Now the guy doesn't even answer our calls anymore. The just sent a watsapp message saying he can only give us R1500 because it's an extended member not main member, and they never told us before... Lapho we have been paying for 3 years. doubt if we will even get that money. The guy is dodgy and keep saying he is with a client when we call him(he responds with watsapp)

Please don't sign up.
