The receptionists here are unprofessional.....the other one messed up my authorisation and I had to pay for everything last year.And now I'm here to see the Dr and they a putting another male patient in front of me ...I had to make a fuss in order to be attended by another Dr.My fellow African ladies ...please clean up your act ...all of you are very incompetent in this receptionist job ....And I will keep coming there until you learn to be professional and well mannered ....not wat you all are doing !Not Thankful.

Overall experience is great ,until I had to go for screening, I think Covid19 screening to be relooked at I was taking to back of the clinic by the nursing sister to an outdoor room which seemed like a stock room with no set up,a little unprofessional for private clinic.04/06/21

Very friendly staff, good service. Went in with Eczema on my fingers, got the medication included in the consultation fee. My hands are so much better within 72 hours.Well done Doctor, keep on doing good honest work.

The Dentist here is absolutely horrible. Coming in late, rude, condescending. Don't bother coming to this practice for dental care. I ended up going to Intercare Woodburn for my tooth extraction. Service was so much better and more affordable.

Referred to casualties twice, are your Doctors unsure of what they are supposed to do, save lives, I lay in the consulting room for an hour and a half without being asked if I could be assisted.

Dr Van Wyk....absolutely rude to staff.Yelling at them in front of patients. Totally unprofessional for a person of such a position. Last time ill be going there
