How my nails looked after a week…bad quality products and totally overpriced for the service you get.I also did my brows and the lady was not friendly or very confident in what she was doing. My eyebrows were uneven and horribly done. She seemed annoyed and rushed the whole process.As a loyal customer to Sorbet this is really disappointing.

I have no been twice for a brow & lip wax. I think in my history of visiting a sorbet store, that this has to be the best one yet. The service from the FDCs right down to when you walk out the door was one to remember. I left happy and felt like my experience was important to them. I will happily travel to the V&A just to have a lip & brow wax with Battle- she’s phenomenal!

Service was good and service provider was very pleasant. Deduct stars because upon checkout the front desk didn’t show us the credit card reader and pressed the “Pay in USD” button which resulted in a foreign exchange fee. Receptionist was unwilling to fix this mistake. Not very honest at all.

Had an enjoyable experience yesterday. Thembisa did a soak off and then normal nail polish as I needed to take a break from gelish. She was quick but neat and gentle (had my fair share of getting hurt during mani's) and I felt so relaxed. Thanks so much

If you're going for a facial or brow tint, ask for Philiswa - the best treatment I've had at a Sorbet, I think ever! She's kind and thorough and have the softest hands. Thank you!

Oh so so good, my massage therapist was extremely professional in the care for the body, my medi pedicure was healing for my feet, my no chip manicure was excellent and the conversation amongst guest were so so sweet and the price was just right for the services I received I high recommend Sorbet Salin V& A Waterfront

I have been going to Ursula for the past 6 months and it has been a dream. Her methods are absolutely pain free and she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed during the process. Won’t go to anyone else :)

Staff is friendly. You get 1 complimentary drink whilst doing your nails. It was just unfortunate that my 1 nail fell off in less than a week

Went for a power pedicure, and I couldn't have asked for more: professional, well-trained staff, a clean space, and a very zen space with a lovely view of the Cape Town Wheel. Can't wait to book my next appointment!

Janet did my nails and was wonderful. I asked to have soft gel nail tips and she helped changed the shape to look good on my nails. Love them.
