Went in to change my watch battery, a relatively simple thing, and they cracked the screen. They charged me for the battery repair and attempted to pretend as if the screen was fine, insinuating that the watch was 'old'. They refused to repair the watch to match what was existing because apparently the bezel glass is expensive. It has been nearly a year and they still have not repaired it.
