Seabreeze Awnings & Carports

After having a awning done two years ago, the one side stitching came undone recently. I called for 3 consecutive days with promises of someone coming to site to have a look at the awning. To date nobody from the company has even bothered to return my call. The awning is still unattended to. No aftersales service whatsoever.

Seabreeze have done 3 awnings for me and since then all the awnings in my complex.Ultra efficient, stand by their product. Sales AND after sales service is light years ahead of another large Awning company I have used in the past. I have no hestiation in recommending Seabreeze.

We are delighted with our shadeport from Seabreeze (October 2022). The turnaround times on this were excellent. I was so impressed by the owner, the administrative and installation teams. It was evident that Seabreeze's installation team are very well trained, have had a lot of experience with these installations and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Before choosing Seabreaze I phoned around to some schools who have used them for shadeport installations and they were all highly complementary about Seabreeze's services. From my own experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to other people.
