Neat flats

My son stays there so when ever i visited PTA/JHB I sleeps there. Its a good place to stay with family even alone. The place is secured with security personnel's. The place is clean and is loveable. It has nice parking for vehicles, has some places for kids to play. You know its sooooo nice and amazing.

DO NOT RENT HERE! The noise levels are unbearable. In the afternoon it's the many unsupervised children. In the evening it is loud music from multiple cars and strangers. This music goes into the wee hours of the morning, even during lockdown. The water and electricity is illegally expensive. You will not spend less than R1 500 for water and electricity for the 2 of you. There is no access control. Security let's anyone in and out at any time of the day or night. There aren't any cameras either. The is only 1 security guard per shift so no patrolling or assistance if 1 of the many strangers occupy your parking. There are 3 floors but no elevators. The units comprise of very cheap finishings that you will be liable for when you move out. No balconies either. There are only bathtubs, and these tubs are very shallow and make it difficult to bath. The washing lines are limited and always full during weekends. I can go on and on and on. Take it from me. Do not rent here.

Water and Electricity costs are too high... They scam people... Even if no one is around in the apartment you pay roughly the same amount and its not less than R1500, they say its prepaid but in reality its not... The rental cost is also too high, you can get yourself a proper apartment in pretoria east with a lock up garage, proper security services... The level of noise is unbearable, people will party all night playing loud music almost every day...

Just loved the place!

It's great , safe secure building for families or students. I highly recommend it. Not too far from town , spacious and in a good loving neighborhood.

This is my second home and it's a peaceful neighborhood, security is tight that you feel safe
