Definitely worth the money. Both our rat and cockroach problems were sorted out thoroughly. We were concerned about the safety of our children and pets around the insecticide and rat bait, but there was nothing to worry about. Friendly service too. Keep up the good work!

Even though the guys from Hitman came across as presentable and on-it when first contacting them, the overall service was so poor that I feel obligated to share the experience to other potential clients.In my initial enquiry I very clearly asked what substances are used, and whether any carcasses or suffering creatures would be seen on the property- We have young children and they love animals and their pets and we wanted to make sure any pest control is ecologically sensitive, non threatening to our pets and wild life and that our children would not be exposed to any dead or suffering animals.The guys from Hitman ensured me that they deal with this all the time and that its perfectly safe, and that I have nothing to worry about whatsoever. They also committed to a follow up visit two weeks after the initial visit at no cost.The visit lasted about ten minutes. R1500, One guy put his foot through the ceiling (R2500 damage) R200 discount.A couple of days after the visit my five your old daughter found a (almost dead rat) Bleeding and suffering in our chicken coop. My kids where very upset and I had to lie to them about what may have caused this. I then had to take the Rat to the vet to have it euthanised. Then another five dead rats found by my kids in the next couple of days. I spoke to the guys from Hitman about this (who said this is most unusual) and requested and MSDS sheet of the chemicals they used, but they never sent it to me. I have since researched the products they said they use, and it seems highly dangerous to wildlife like Owls. Their poisons had no effect on the moles in our garden, and the follow up visit never materialised. In fact, I would rather not have any more poison delivered into my garden by these guys.

Do not waste your money on this company. I paid them R1200 to get rid of ants, the guy came over and sprayed and nothing happened, still ants everywhere. Called him back and this time he used some kind of poison gel. This also didn’t work. Like at all. We actually have more ants now than a month ago. Complete waste of money and now I still have ants.

Hitman Pest Control went above and beyond to help me with my roach problem. They were quick on request time and quick to exterminate. They checked every appliance in my home and left no stoned unturned to find the little buggers! Not only that, but they followed up with me on their own accord to make sure that I was satisfied and if I needed any more help.
