I would like to thank Dsv for their great service they phoned me and said my parcel would be delivered the next day and I did receive my parcel as said. I would also like to thank the driver Kenneth he was very proffesional and friendly.Keep up the good work guys.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! absolutely Pathetic service with incompetent staff. I was called by Henry and instructed to be at home the next day as the driver is alone and will require help offloading. after waiting the entire day, NO DELIVERY! I called Henry, and was told that my parcel was not out for delivery and will only be out the next Monday!Absolutely ridiculous!! Makro should remove you guys from their Delivery partner list.

Horrible. They delivered my personal document to the incorrect address. It was signed for by some random person. The issue has still not been resolved. I get told by a consultant that the Witbank branch just doesn't answer their phones. No one takes accountability or escalates to management. My personal document is currently in the hands of some stranger and DSV actions tell me that they couldnt care less. To have zero processes in place to ensure that a parcel is delivered to the correct address and person is absolutely shocking. Won't ever recommend nor make use of DSV ever again.

Good day...am not happy with your services I am student at unisa,I registered few weeks back and I was supposed to receive my study material soon after registration. I received a call from one of your delivery guys that his coming,he never showed up,up to this day he never pitched.When I track it, it's stacked at your branch witbank.please bring my study material so I can start with my studying.am way too left behindRegardsMsiza Tshephi

Pathetic!!! I've been waiting for my books since Friday. I was called on Thursday to check if I'll be home on Friday I said yes...till today I'm waiting on you guys. I called the office witbank on Tuesday(2 days later) and was told to contact the driver. I did that only to be told by the driver that his not in my area I should MAYBE" expect him Tomorrow (Wednesday)

These people must just close down operations because they don't bother to answer their phone and parcels keep getting delivered at wrong addresses
