Why isn't there a way to track orders on the online app, what's the point of having an online ordering system if customers can't track their orders????? The restaurant has accepted my order almost 2 hours ago, I can't track the order to see how far they are and they will deliver and when I call their bumber there is no answer and it keeps dropping the call.

I have just ordered a prince burger meal on Uber eats and today I did not get my drink as usual. I called the store until my airtime finished no one answered, called again and a lady told me to call the same number yet not assisted. I am very disappointed and want to know what happens now? Paid full amount for a meal that is not complete?? Delivery guy only said I should call the store.... Very disappointed and feel scammed. I don't think I will order again!!

Good dayI am writing this review as a disappointed customer..Today i drove to steers located in Diepkloof Square to buy wacky Wednesdays. To my surprise the store wasn't open yet..(The time was 10 o'clock).. When i enquired, i was told that the store opens at 11 with no explanation. The website says that steers open at 10..please clarify that?

I ordered the full chicken meal,very dissatisfying order arrived 2 and a half hours late when I called to enquire I was put to another line that just rang and rang till I gave up,when it finally arrived it was stone cold and the chips (the famous chips that I have bragged about as being the best) were basically raw,my dog didn't even eat them.Steers Diepkloof Square please get it rite!

Nonsensical behavior and service I received here. I just come from the store I was told to turn away because they are cleaning the store at this time. Sies. Black people want equal treatment but the service they deliver to each other is nonsensical. If the store was in Sandton I know for a fact that it would have been opened at 07:00, clean and awaiting customers. This store should either fire all their staff and get new staff members with proper etiquette or they should close their store for good.

Bad experience with a female cashier who thought chit chatting to her male counter part was more important than helping me as customer. Her level of service and impression was that of she was doing me a favor. To top it all, I telephonicly placed my order and I was there to collect and pay my bill. The lady had no clue of what I was talking about and how to handle my order.
