I had a negative experience at Sai Car Service. I had an appointment, but the workshop was closed on the day I arrived and no apology was offered. When I went for my service the next day, the car was functioning properly but after the service, they had to jump start the car. The electronics failed and all the lights started flashing while I was on the road. Upon returning, they insisted I needed a new battery even though it was green, but I had to make them change it due to my need for the car. I would not recommend this service due to the dishonesty and lack of accountability.

been a week but the car is not repaired yet, very delay services and will never recommend anyone.

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME GOING THERE!!I have a Peugeot and I asked them to look at the air con system that wasn’t working. The website list of services was advertising AC System as part of they service. Also saying the were peugeot specialists.On the next day, I called them to know whats wrong, they said a number of things that had to be replaced including engine oil leaking. When I asked about the air con system they said they forgot to check it and that they could check on the next day but they don’t do fix air con!!!Of course I got my car back, didn’t do anything else they told me to do.False advertising the business is ILEGAL!On the way home my car computer shows : ENGINE FAULD ! SERVICE NEEDED!I saw a review just few months ago with a client complaining about the exactly same thing where they bent the engine of the car on purpose to leak. I just hope that is not my case, otherwise I will be taking legal actions.I’m just waiting to get my car serviced again with my original shop where I always get the service done to know exactly what they have done wrong.They are amateurs, Haven’t give any documentation with the “service” they have done in my car. And they wanted to charge me alleging the the service was done. Of course I didn’t pay a cent.They changed their website few hours later. Be careful trusting in what is in there!

I like their friendly behavior with customers. They treat me so kindly and their work shows their efficiency. I booked them for getting a driveshaft replacement service for my Kia and I am extremely convinced with their work. Great staff, experienced mechanics, affordable prices, all benefits available in one place. Thanks to their all team.

Wouldn’t recommend the service as they are in the car detailing industry creating cosmetic nightmares. MSG TO OWNER Seriously, don’t ****ing touch peoples cars, probably the reason you need to result to car by car advertising! You can comeback and clean the mess off.

Took my car for the brake check up and safety inspection check and the service at the workshop was awesome. The team at the workshop is friendly and always trying to help customers.My brakes were replaced and safety check was done all in half a day. I highly recommend Saiautocare for any automotive repair works.

Good value for car service. They will provide you with a recommendation on any upcoming service or replacement of part. I have been here twice as the location is convenient for me

**WORST EXPERIENCE EVER**WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONEi gave them my car for the 3 times with the same issue and they charge me every time and for the third time , they are unable to find the issue and after one week of time, i asked them to return my car,,,*VERY UNPROFESSIONAL*NEVER PICKED THE CALL AS I CALLED THEM 50 TIMES*BELIEVE ME: GIVE 50$ EXTRA TO SOMEONE WHO IS PROFESSIONAL

The guys at Sai were lifesavers. When we couldn't get anyone else to have a look at our car after breaking down they said to bring it in and gave it a quick once over. Thankfully a quick battery replacement and we were on our way. Can't thank them enough for their help and reasonable pricing. Can recommend to anyone!

They did Tyre Puncture of my car without prior appointment on Sunday. Good customer service with very quick response. Highly recommended, thanks to Praveen n team.
