Hardly ever find the size of pulleys I need. They always need to make orders but the items can easily fit in an office drawer. Then you have to wait, just to find days later that the guys at the receiption didn't even make the order. I'd love to work there - They have video games on the computers for the staff to pass time.

Bad Service since 2006, I have had special items ordered specifically for me to find that it was sold to another customer just before I entered, Quotes that I ask for and getting only one item on the quote with no explanation or reason for the other items being omitted. Generally just bad service, I have had enough and the convenience of them being close by is totally overshadowed by the fact that I have had enough and will rather travel much much further to their competitors instead of dealing with them from now on.
