They don't even deserve one star, because they are useless in my opinion. After using a Hisense phone for 4 months, it was send to Cellphone lab for repairs. Yes after only 4 months. The guy at this company had the audacity to send it back and said Damaged due to Abuse". As if anybody will damaged their phone on purpose knowing they will wait at least 6 weeks before they get it back."
