I am very happy with the service received from Ebrahim. He identified immediately what I needed by just by a picture I sent(I'm new to the sewing business and don't know much about what the parts names are of certain machines), I broke something on my machine and he identified it and offered a solution. His hands on approach to his customers will surely grow his business. I will always use them going forward. You have gained a customer for life.

Service is excellent. Picked up my machine and delivered it again, at my convenience. I was able to make payment by card which was also great and machine working smoothly again. Fast and efficient. Definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

I need to state that I am incredibly impressed with the wonderful service and assistance I received fro Ebrahim, the Empisal technician who helped me. I was clueless after having re eived an old Deluxe Gold line Empisal, but with Ebrahim's kind and patient assistance, I managed to get this old lady set up and spinning like a kitten again. If it weren't for the numerous voice notes from this generous and kind technician, I would probably have dumped this machine! I am so grateful, and tip my hat in deep appreciation for Ebrahim!
