Was using the drive thru today.Waited about 40 minutes cause the queue was just so LongEventually got to our turn to order and oh my God.The lady that helped us (bless her souĺ) was genuinely so friendly and helpful and knew the prices of everything I asked about from the top of her head. Genuinely a surprise for me as usually drive thru sucks no matter which restaurant I visit. And yet here this lady was...under sever pressure from all the clients waiting in the queue and she still put on a great smile laughed and helped us with efficiency. The order came quite fast aswell and everything was as we ordered.The burgers weren't the best I've ever had but understandably so as this time we decided to get the smaller cheaper burgers.All in all a great experience and will definitely be going back soon.

At 12.30 the meat was not ready, so we waited until 13.30. I indicated I was not happy, they must prepare for lunch time please.

Can the Team plz make sure that the toilets are always working, this is by far the busiest place I know that in the road.....I have never, ever passed here and not found a queue but with Fast Service.....Only the toilets or rather extended plz perhaps.

Very bad drive through service. I was not informed that I will be waiting for a fillet for so long...just wait at the parking we will bring your order. Only learned about the fillet after enquiring about my order. Do not buy here if you are in a hurry... you'll wait forever.

The service is very poor, they will tell you drive thru is not working while the stuff is there, their food very bad not well cooked

The place was packed and they offered me such amazing service. The stuff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place to go back too.
