SSDA

Iv been harassed by this people that I don't know, the problem started when I resigned from the employer who has been persecuting me for a long time(this employer now is using this medical aid scheme & this Shapiro guys to finish me according to them). I got a call & visited this medical aid, queried that how can you hand me over without telling me because you have my email, cellphone and its not even a year or 6 months me owing this account, so I refused to pay extra but I paid them R800, money I owed not what this Shapiro guys claim I owe, so they kept quiet for a month or so & resurfaced alleging I must pay R274 calling everyday, I'm gonna visit them soon & hear them out soon. I refuse to be bullied by this government through this bullies

I worked for this company. There is a lady who goes by the name Sineng, I'm not sure if it's her real name. I feel legal action should be taken towards her. The only issue I have is with this girl in particularr and not with the company SSDA. Her fraudulent activities range from manipulation of accounts, to breaching of contracts to defermition of character towards her co employees along with her colleagues Zandisile and Tawanda.

Scammers!!! They continued to phone me even tho i was unemployed to pay my debt off an Ackermans acount and with all the information they had i tought they were legit and made a payment arrangement for when i was getting money so eventually i was offered to pay a sum off 3 300 which whould have been a discounted price on the initial amount i owed and agreed they debited the money but never sent me a settlement statement and the following month they debit the same amount again without my consent i tried to make contact but did not recieve and response meaning im down almost 7000rand and still have an unsettled Ackermans acount

I called today and a consultant name Nokuthula Madiba or something was very rude to the client and to me as I was calling on behalf of the client. A star would be too much of a credit you do not deserve any star.

Harassing spam calls non-stop. I have no business with this company, neither do I have outstanding accounts. Due to their unethical behavior, I would never make use of any of their services if required.

Being HARRASED for over a year after the company which SSDA claim I owe money to, confirmed that I don't owe them money. When being asked to email proof, I don't get a response but get called to follow up. Absolutely incompetent.

A person called me just now from this place, asking me my ID nr. When I politely refused to give my ID nr she hung up on me. According to her it is in connection with a CellC account. In December 2019 I cancelled my CellC account because of none to bad services received from them. They said I must pay an X amount to cancel the contract, which I did. Now I am handed over for that account. At no point did CellC tried to get hold of me after Dec 2019. When I became aware of this a few months ago I send them an email asking for an explanation. I received no feedback. Luckily I have proof of the payment and my email send.

This company has been harassing me for over a year looking for someone who I have never heard of. When I explain they have the wrong details, they say we wont be phoning again. Then they phone again and again and again. I'm shocked at how persistently bad they are at contacting the correct person. Quite incredible to think such a large company cant keep track of contact details or research and find the correct person. Definitely a red flag.

A bunch of incompetent people who don't know what they are doing. Sent numerous e-mail, not trained to deal with client queries. Whenever I try to explain and for them to read the information I supplied, the call would be literally terminated. No manners whatsoever. I phoned back its a call center, why not an option for 0 stars.

The people working here are so incompetent. I told them for the past three months they are calling the wrong number but they continue to call me daily.It has become so annoying dealing with such incompetence and the rudeness of the call agents.
