If you are looking for customer service after you bought a car, look somewhere else. 1 window replacement takes almost 2 months just to find a window.In conclusion, don’t buy a car from Nissan. It’s a waste of money.

I am so disappointed in Nissan and would never consider purchasing a vehicle again or advise to do so. I bought my Nissan Magnite in March 2022 in Brits ,first week it had to be returned as there was an earthing problem, the hooter, lights etc was not working properly. On 24 000km it broke down and had to be towed in to Pietermaritzburg, they explained that the Turbo as well as electronics has been blown and they need to replace it. After a massive struggle to get them to fix the car we received our car back after 4 weeks. The car went into the 30 000 km service and to check as the car had a jerk placing it into gear. It came back that the gearbox had a problem and had to go through another warranty claim and the managers confirmed that Nissan Pietermaritzburg only claimed on the previous warranty claim for an earthing problem. I got the car back after realising that we have to pay another R6000 to replace breaks and discs after just 30 000km. I took the car back the next day as the window mechanisms wasn't working. The car is just over a year and is currently back at Nissan to replace the gearbox. I am being placed on the back end without a car and Nissan is not getting to their clients. If this is service and the quality one receives from a new car and client it is shocking. This is day 2 waiting for a car so that we can get around. The product sold to me is an inferior product and now we have to keep on fighting.

Uiters swak diens uiters swak voertuig. Ons het 'n splinter nuwe NP300 gekoop. Voor 2000km het die clutch opgepak. Daar word net gesê wear and tear word nie gedek. 'N clutch 2000km en hy is heeltemal gedisintrigeer??? Uiters swak diens by tak ook.

Nissan south africa fails to stand behind it warranty. A new np300 with 30.000km clutch fails with a underlying problem , Nissan claims wears and tear, however thye can not tell me why the clutch pedal is extremely hard for the last 260000 km

NP 200 37 000km. Falling apart. Number plate lights falling out. Cooling unit in car does not select airflow now I must pay N$10 000 for parts because warranty does not cover. Did not even receive warranty service. Only found out no guarantee on new vehicle NP200. Over priced for a piece of scrap
