iTILE Centurion

I will never buy anything from this store again. I purchased a bath on special in July. To date no delivery, just stories about import delays. Today I finally went in to get my money back and Jay tells me they now have stock but I must pay extra R1000 because there was a price increase when he has-been sitting with my money since July and caused major delays with my renovation. Disgusting service.

I always enjoy the friendly and personal service. The store is not big, but the choices are sufficient and the prices are competitive (especially during the big sales).

This company has the poorest after sales service. We bought tiles from this store and the only thing that was explained to us was that if we returned the tiles there will be a 15% surcharge. After the purchase of the tiles we where having difficulty finding a tiler that could tile it for us. We contacted the store as we where wiling to take the 15% knock but was told that they could not return the tile because they have low stock of the tiles which we found unacceptable. When you speak to them they even go to the extent of lying to you and tell you that they explained this to you when the tile was sold bearing in mind that the terms and conditions are on the back of the invoice and Noone explains it to you after the transaction is concluded.They are a bunch or liars and unethical people and will not do business nor recommend any business to them. I would rather go up the road to CTM who actually knows what customer service is.Pathetic company that managers of this store and regional manager lie when a complain arises saying that they explain T & Cs to you when purchase from them. Stick to the popular stores who are big enough to accept returns from their customers. - as per the response below and my statement above- they even lie that they explained it to you when they did not. Absolutely pathetic company that can't except returns. Desperate...

Very unfriendly staff, sales assistant did not finish up with us, left us in the middle of our search for tiles and matching borders. Never came back, nor did any staff attend to us for the rest of our time in-store.

Twice my bad experience on deliveryThe service was good on purchase until delivery1. The first time they left my delivery under the tree even though the security had told them to put it inside the garage2. Second time - they delivered the same item twice, when I told them to return the one they refusedI'm really disappointed after buying so much from ITILE and I was treated like they doing me a favor

I huge shout out to Rajesh, the store manager Lucas and sales lady Latoya at Centurion. I phoned the at 8 last night. I short tiles to finish a job today they went out of their way to help me. Opened the store at 7.30 this morning. I can only say that their service is above excellent!!!!

if zero was an option , I would be rating iTile Centurion as such. I bought 2 soap holders for my shower and other items which i received separately . I was told it will take 2 to 3 business days. it's been Three weeks now I still have not received my stuff. I have been to the store couple of times, I spoke to the store manager Lucas and been told stories . This is not fair as I am busy with a building project and I am getting such service, leaves one with bad taste in their mouth. HORRIBLE

The quality of the tiles are good the only problem we experienced is you have to place an order, pay then wait up to 5 days for delivery and this poses a problem when you have the plumbers ready and you are delayed as the stock comes from the warehouse and you can't collect directly from the warehouse either...

Very bad after sales service. I wanted a refund as I am experiencing a challenge with regard to the tiling but I am being refused due to the store having low stock. The regional manager insists that he explained this to my husband and I yet this was never mentioned. Do not buy from this store.Response to stores feedback : This was very much NOT explained to my husband and I. I would like an investigation into my formal complaint.

Their range of tiles are great but expensive. But they have a great quality and priced range of baths, basins, toilettes and fixtures.And great service.I have changed my 4 star rating to 5; because their post sales service is awesome! Still a pity they could not help with discount on my large sale.
