The staff at this shop is next level blunt. I went in to see if they had a ring I liked online. They did but the ring there was more expensive than what I saw online and then was told that it's not a true reflection of the SA price. I showed them a screenshot of the price in Rands and got the same answer again. If you want to retain your customers or potential customers you should try and solve the issue at hand and keep the customer happy..Today you lost a customer. My boyfriend also left the shop earlier this week due to the utter bluntness of the staff.
