Kiran and his team provided us with a brilliant service. It is not a small undertaking to move a family of 4, 2 cats, 2 dogs and a gecko out of the house for a week, but Kiran answered all our questions promptly, kept us updated daily on progress and sent his team to help us move furniture back afterwards! Kiran and his team came to inspect my roof trusses which were suspected to have wood borer. They did, quite alarmingly so. In fact, left untreated, my roof trusses were in danger of collapsing. Kiran was very patient with me in explaining the necessary process and was also very accommodating when I expressed my concerns about relocating my kids and furbabies whilst the team did the treatment. They arrived promptly on the scheduled date and were super efficient in getting everything done so that there was minimal hassle for us and maximum outcome.I would recommend KILPEST to anyone and it really is value for money.
