Had to replace bmw e90 Headlight got accused of not wanting to pay more than I should when we agreed to a said quoted price but got cursed out more than twice which is extremely unacceptable for the owner to speak to a paying customer like that. The worst experience ever... if you want professional advise and service call bm pit crew

My bmw ignition was ripped out badly after a thief tried to steal the car,I attempted to fix it myself but the damage was too bad. I took it to Noors and the next morning I got a call the car was ready.been driving for months without any problems. Thanks Noor.

Honesty in a business that involves cars. It almost feels taboo in this country.These guys deliver that. If its aftermarket they will tell you, if its second hand they will tell you. Friendly, and Honest. If they keep it up ill be doing a lot more work on my BMW here.

Good service, performed x2 pre-cat Oxygen Sensor, Gasket and lower control arm replacements. Price out of x5 quotes was the best, good advise and performed a final checklist inspection for future maintenance. Car left the workshop driving like a brand new vehicle. Thank you!

Bought a computer box from Noor for R11k for my BMW. Turns out it was wrong box, he then replaced it and did more work on my car for an additional R3k. And got the car started with a replacement computer box. Lockdown happened, during which my car was driving with an engine management light and had issues still. Took it to 3 other reputable companies and they all told me the replacement computer box he fitted was for a different model vehicle. Upon confronting him about it and asking to trade it in for the correct part, he got aggressive and said he cannot help me. There's no way he did not know that it was the incorrect part. He scammed me out of R14 000 and basically said no refunds after 4 months of trying to fix the issue, which can't be fixed unless buying a new computer box. STAY AWAY, I've heard he's done it to other clients as well when he gets called out on his over pricing and horrible customer service. Despite me being civil he was not. Plenty of better mechanics out there at cheaper prices I've come to find out now.

Called to ask a simple question about spares as a first time potential customer and was treated like I was a moron for asking and then shouted at. Not interested in what I was trying to say/ do/ accomplish, at all. People seem to forget that they are dealing with members of the public, not their mates, and therefore need to adjust their tone of voice and manner in which they deal with customers and queries in an understanding and helpful manner. This is NOT an experience likely to be encountered at NOORS.
