This is the second time I have come to iconic nails and it was the worst experience ever. Firstly, it took 2 and a half hours to complete gel overlay on natural nails. Secondly, the lady was so rough with my cuticles, it bled for 15 minutes. Their colours are limited and I was unable to do my toes because my hands took so long. False advertising, the ladies need training or George should be the only one doing nails. It’s unfortunate as George is not always available. I won’t be returning to ‘’ICONIC’’ nails. P.S. the artwork is not as good as advertised!

The whole experience for my sister and I was not pleasant as the mats were extremely dirty, there was nail clippings on the floor and the tools used to do the pedicure had to be shared between us with any washing or cleaning of them, in between. The towels were also stained and my sister and I did not want to put our feet on any of these items other than in our shoes. It’s such a shame as there is great promise but the lack of hygiene and service let them down majorly.

They don't just double book, they work with a first come first serve system. So if 8 ladies show up 5 minutes before your appointment, they'll help those 8 ladies first eventhough you made an appointment for that time slot a week ago. Absolutely pathetic. After waiting for 40 minutes and not even being anywhere near the front of the line of waiting customers, I decided to leave and rather go to Sorbet who helped me immediately. Won't use again.
