Bought a bed for myself and gave them business from a friend. After a few months I complained to the owner that the mattress is getting willy. She was rude and said that's what you get for paying a cheap price. Don't support this business. Very rude owners.

If buying a bed dont visit this store i purchased a bed in August 2020 started having problems with the matress dipping badly called the owners and spoke to them December 2021 they advised i should bring it after the 10Jan and will exchange after some hassle over the phone i advised i would even settle for a double. Today i go to tje store aand the lady and a guy there were extremly arrogant and denied our entire conversation. I explained it has a 15 year warranty period as well which they say is not their problem it should have been exchanged in 3 months. She goes on to say over the telephone is different and in person is different they did not even look at the bed to see the faults.

I was selling their products in our store which was purchased via a broker. This is the worst beds that we ever sold. People are still worrying us about these beds that didn't last even 3 months. Their guarantee lable means nothing. I have videos and pictures that i can post. Also when customers contacted them they are absolutely rude.

Excellent service and great quality beds. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Best prices on all beds. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
