We have been calling for ages and they seem to just ignore our calls lately... they were paid for fixing a printer that is still not right and now its next to impossible to get in contact with any of them... really upsetting!!!!!New clients beware!

Not good service at all! Our printer needs new parts and we just keep getting excuses or no answers. When our ink is low or runs out we wait 1 to 2 weeks before getting a cartridge. We need reliable printing as we are a preschool. Now report cards need to be printed, letters to Parents about 2021 and Covid 19 forms that need to be filled out to keep us compliant.I'm so disappointed!

Thanks Richard for the workman ship on all our printers, even the very old one that you actually could service. You always have sound knowledge when we come to you with a problem and you never afraid to handle any printer problem. We will see you every 6 months for the services and repair to our machines. Been phoning for 2 weeks now. Got promised all the bells and whistles. We've sent email. Every time they promise to get back to you. Very poor service!!!
