WORST ESTATE AGENT AND AGENCY EVER - unprofessional service and misleads clients and lie to them. She does not give sellers the opportunity to choose their own transferring attorneys. Highly disgusted with her services. She cannot deal with conflict and upset clients and does not act in the best interest of sellers (her clients).

WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE EVER. The agent cannot deal with conflict and makes up stories. She forced my husband and me to use transferring attorneys saying the purchasers asked to use them". My husband and I had pay more than R11 000 to cover transferring costs for the purchaser and Ayesha always tries to make up stories so that she doesn't look bad. Her services and her way of dealing with our transaction

Property Village and specially Ayesha, makes them stand apart from other agencies.She is great at her job, closing every deal with perfection, and really benefitting her clients.They work equally well with the seller and the buyer.I am so lucky that within about 4 months my property was sold at my desired selling price.
