I would like to speak on behalf of my husband Alec (81) who had his first hearing test last week. He never wanted to have a test because he said he is not deaf. Well he was so full of praise after Michelle tested him and showed him the result of what he couldn't hear! He praised her for her professionalism and friendliness and making him feel so at ease. He said the same about her receptionist here in Dana Bay, Yolandi and Fransisca in Mossel Bay at her practice there. It was so convenient to go to Michelle's new practice here in Dana Bay in the New Clinic because we live next to it. Now my husband is looking forward to the fitting of his hearing aids soon!
