Waverley cell and sound

Horrible service! We went there to replace broken button and a battery on a gate remote. Charges R250 and it doesn't work. Went back twice and was told it is not their problem. This remote worked fine before . Now we sit with a broken remote, and less R250. Not their problem. Stay away!

Pathetic, poor workmanship, they take no responsibility for the workmanship.Had my phone glass screen replaced, next day LED screen completely broke. Was 100% fine before they worked on the phone.Took it back.....they said they only worked on the glass screen.Will never support them again, suggesting everyone avoids.Every single item they cell is cheaper on take alot anyway.Also the communication , let me not evem start.

Terrible service, poor quality workmanship

Appalling service! Very deceiving. They will sell you a phone and not tell you it is not Google Play Store compatible. They tell you all lovely stories without the truth. Once you are dissatisfied within a day or 2 and take the rubbish phone back they want to charge you R450 more for an older phone and tell you the Play Store compatible phones are older but more expensive than the Hauwei App Store phones. However, they don't tell you that from the start. Not to be trusted. Appalling transparency.... Stay AWAY! Not there to help the customer but to enrich themselves. Shame on you! PEOPLE BEWARE!After an amicable discussion I received fantastic customer service. Thank you Waverley Cell and Sound for being understanding and sorting out the misunderstanding. Much appreciated. I will recommend you any time of day!

Pathetic service. Bought a Cellphone Car holder that broke within 10 days, and they refuse to exchange it. They are useless, and will tell everyone to stay away
