Complete time waster and very unreliable

I recently renovated my home and what a pleasure it was to have Aquaria help me with my renovations, I am extremely happy with the outcome. From the outside to the inside of my home, beautiful does not even begin to describe it. All I can say is thank you to Ashlee for all the hard work and the ideas you came up with, really have outdone yourself. Keep up the great work. Excellent service, willing to help even for a small job. I phoned with measurements for a mirror for a quote. I live closeby so drove to the shop after I put the phone down. Mirror was cut and ready for me before I even got there. Good attitude, to go above and beyond even in a small job.

Called Aquaria Glass on Thursday 22.12.21 after the storm and spoke to Ashley who quoted a price to replace damaged window...accepted price and assured me will replace on the 23.12.21 and still waiting to date after numerous calls.Very poor service31.12.21-Reply to the Owners Response"I think you are highly misinformed or totally confused and let me set the record straight to appease your arrogance....I called Ashley and gave him the size of the window and he gave me a price of R250 NOT R300 that you state and my exact words to him if he can truthfully recall was " I am not worried about the price i need it repaired today as i am leaving for JHB on the same day" why would i ask for a discount when i was desperate and he stated he could slot me in for the day????If he told me to call another service provider then why did i call him at 8:38am
