It's always pleasant to eat at Nando's Welkom. We ordered the churros for desert and as usual they where amazing, but the new chocolate sauce it came with was mouth watering good. Please tell me you are going to keep it and get rid of the previous choclate dip

I love the ambiance.The restaurant is big and staff is very friendly, I sat here for almost the whole day working and the manager didn't have a problem with me. I bought a boujee bowl but I wasn't very impressed, it was blend and dry. I had better boujee bowls before. They can improve on that. On the lighter note I have enjoyed their malva pudding.

I complained about service I received from Welkom Outlet and one of the Managers from that Branch contacted me pretending to resolve my Complaint till today I am still waiting for him as he promised that he is going to investigate and He will come back to me.Here is my storyI ordered a Meal of Quarter Chicken and they gave me Quarter Leg I then asked waiter to change it to Breast, at first it was funny - she said Just say you want bigger piece " I thought she is just joking. She came back with a small piece of Breast (it was very small) I then complained to her that that piece is too small now and I want a refund

Food delivered shows no effort was put into making it, let alone taking consideration of the notes provided. Meat looks like someone took a bite of it and put it back inside, no mild sauce as per request. Its the second time now that I am disappointed with orders I received.

A lovely Nando's experience. Sit-in. Pleasant staff and did not wait long for food. Very attentive. Decor inside matches standard of overseas branches.

By far the best Nandos for me in the Free State. Place is spacious and clean. Turn around time on orders and customer care is excellent. Parking area and drive thru is clean. Not forgetting the design of the establishment, its beautiful. Thank you.

Very fast service. I couldn't believe how fast we were served. The food was nice, had to order extra chicken for take-away.

Horrible experience. I should have trusted my guy and not going to this outlet.The soup was cold. The chicken was bloody and cold. Had to send that back. There was no apology from the manager who was seated right next to us drinking warm tea while we had to negotiate our way to warm food with an overworked and uninterested waiter.Lats time, I'll go here.Interior also sucks it is too overwhelming and overdone. It gave me anxiety, and it felt like you were sitting in a chicken coop.
