Today I was really disappointed in the service received. My waitress did not come to take my order until I waved to her, my solution after nearly sitting 6 min.Please note the restaurant is not busy. Only 4 tables are occupied.When I was about to get up to place my 2nd order, note I put my cup on the far end of the table to indicate I am finished, she again did not come around for quite a while.When I told her she is way to scarce to assist, she was quite abrupt.The coffee and milkshake was great as always, but service terrible!Glass sitting on edge of table again.Other waiter walked passed and did not take glass. Mine still missing in action.Now I was a waiters years back, and we definitely did not operate like this.

In a que for a while understandable it's this time of the year, but no communication or any proper order how to manage the customers. Only after 10min someone came out to right down our names. Waited extremely long for our food and the 2 Dagwood's was almost cold. For a R530 breakfast for 3 people rather go to another restaurant close by. There is a few. The Wimpy in the N1 at Colesberg took not even 10min to serve our food and they were definitely much busier than this one.
