The facility is really secure and great happy place for elderly. Could be run much better. From what I've heard current management needs to seriously improve. People staying there have no vote in matters impacting them and the catering is poor. I might be under correction but if you want to use their facility for a memorial service for a loved one who lived there, you have to pay R275 (approximately)In my opinion the least they could give as a sign of respect for the passing is the facility for free - which is not used for anything else. The amount itself is not the issue but rather the fact that they have the need to charge.

Safe parking for visitors and the well priced coffee shop on premises is an excellent meeting place for family and friends.

Unfortunately no toilet paper at 3 am when an elderly person has diarrhea -told to wait for day staff- I'd call that elder abuse- Is that where you want your gran????
