Our business electricity has been off for more than 106 hours. We have phoned numerous times and all the extentions just keep on ringing. The competency of this department is seriously questionable.

Never answer the phone, been there twice, on a Friday they apparently close their gates at 13.30 on a Friday and on a Monday at 15.20 gates are closed again. With no notice outside the gates. Do they even work here. I am not impressed...

I went there with an electricity token issue. They were quick to log a callout and resolve the issue.
