Absolutely disgusted with the Most pathetic customer service, unbelievable with such lovely products. A sales lady was the only person who gave us decent service, the office staff was terrible. I cancelled all my orders and decided to pay R1 more else where just to get proper customer service.

They only sell in bulk (min 50x). Make sure you do not have other plans prior to your visit as you may be at the store for longer than planned. They have great quality products, good customer service but slow in attending to clients. They must invest in employing some sales assistants.

Lots of parking space at the new branch, friendly and professional staff, amazing package offered, i would advise you to pay them a visit

The service is not good at all, I wish I could post my screenshot with this company, dishonest and unprofessional in dealings. Overcharged twice and when I tried to raise the error, they responded with dishonesty after I tried several times to show them the error but still insists on them being right, happy to share screenshots. I am unhappy, still will be buying from them but looking for honest supplier as I am very loyal client, give me service I am hooked for life, give me unprofessional service I am happy to leave with the money you seem not to appreciate, 2 invoices overcharged yet am credited for one after given sarcastic dishonest answers despite me proving I was overcharged.

Very impressive office space and warehouse. They have a huge range of products, always efficient and prompt service from well educated and friendly staff

The service is great, especially at the new store in Isando! The parking is safe and service is fast and friendly!

Although the Google page gives an option of booking an appointment you can still go and buy plastic or glass containers at the shop without having booked an appointment initially. They have various containers from glass perfume bottles to plastic tubs and they're all good quality. The lady who attended us was very friendly and efficient. The lowest quantity you can buy is 50 units so if you're looking for less than that then don't go there. I cannot say whether or not the stuff I bought was affordable because this was the first time I'd bought plastic containers in general.

Extremely efficient service and very fast shipping from Dorcas and team. Will definitely be placing my orders with Moco again.
