-I applied for a debit order, was never effected .-I experienced network breakdown twice. Tried to report in time but couldn't get through. Waited on line untill I quitted. Wasted a lot of airtime. Had to stay without network for days. One had to pay for days where network was unavailable.-Please improve your telephonic way of communications to ensure that your clients get immediate help.- Debit order is the way of payment that I prefer, so please attend to it.

Very unhappy customer!I have been offline for 4 days now, I have logged a ticket and followed up via phone call, this is very frustrating as my neighbor had the same issue as I did but got assisted within two hours of logging a ticket!

Worst service ever when coming into paying the account because the app doest allow then call their numbers that are not answered finally when someone answer's they give you another number which is not answered as well. This is frustrating to be struggling ĺike this when you need to make payments.

Fibre packages through Evotel are really overpriced. That's my only gripe. I genuinely hate the fact that we're literally living in an optic fibre monopoly. There really is no competition. You have to be really unlucky to to live in an area supplied by Evotel and really lucky to live in an area supplied by OpenServe. I miss OpenServe's network, because I was paying nearly half the price for nearly double the speed I currently have.

Fibre is excellent but lately we have break down of services. But other than that no problems. Wish they could include a fibre router that can handle multiple users in one household. The speed is there but if more than 4 persons log on it drop drastically.

Service is really bad! Every 2nd week we sit without internet for a week. When we log a ticket it always states it will take 72 hours which also doesn't happen. But when it comes to when payment is due you need to pay for the full month. You have made an appointment to come and fix it and still nobody will show. Pathetic service. Very disappointing.

The worst fibre network provider in the history of network providers!!! If you want peace of mind stay away!! I have been going back and forth with these people for an ENTIRE MONTH, because they are apparently selling their infrastructure in my area to a different provider, so my ISP decided to cancel before the cut-off date. So I decided to call the provider that they are selling to (Net Nine Nine), but I was told they are still negotiating. Make matters worse, some of their agents called to offer alternative ISPs, I agree and apply with a different ISP, everything gets finalised but the activation doesn't happen, so once again I call to find out what is happening, only to be told that they are still waiting for the cancellation of my previous ISP, meanwhile my internet was cancelled right at the beginning of March. I tell them that I did not willingly cancel, the cancellation was imposed due to their internal affairs, and instead the agent tells me she will call back after 10 mins after consulting her senior, only to find that it was 10 mins before closing time, so I guess I was duped because surprise, surprise, there was no call back!! This is just the compressed version, I went through different agents who did not know anything about the selling of the infrastructure, in those many times I called throughout March and April no one cared to tell me that the cancellation did not happen and that the was a 30 day wait for the cancellation that would make it impossible to get a new ISP. Terrible customer experience, terrible customer service, and maybe it is just me, but I expected that a company's internal affairs would not affect me, but here I am.

We are currently without fibre for about 2 weeks. Technicians were here (Ladysmith) to fix the issue a few days ago. They left without the issue being resolved. Rather dissapointing.

Was always happy with Vox and their services untill recently send 3 to 4 emails regarding acount till now only recieved an email wich i should rate their services dont know what happened at Vox but the customer feed back went down the drain

Hi After my mails security was blocking emails i called the call center and attended to by Avah, she was very pleasant & immediately tried to find the ticket i had logged earlier - when failed to do so she took all my details and followed up on Whatsapp.no longer than 3 minutes & i had to confirm time for installers to come. Great job Avah & thanks for making a call i dreaded very friendly & efficient.Hope the installation team is as pro as you.
