The sign that says customer parking is not for customers as no one is there to let you in, you need to drive around to William Du Toit St to enter from the back.Park your vehicle inside, go up and place your order, go down and go pay, go outside and show your slip so that the worker can load for you, go in to get your invoice, leave. Sorry but I'm use to going into a place, ordering and paying, loading and leaving, quick and easy.Staff was very friendly and one of the senier workers double checked his coworkers to made sure that I got the correct materials, very friendly guy. And the prices weren't bad and not overpriced for what I purchased.
