Clicks Pharmacy Sunridge Village

The clinic sister refused to do a vitality check for myself and 2 children at 4 pm after I called in the morning to confirm closing time and if an appointment was necessary. It was confirmed by the pharmacist that an appointment is not necessary. Poor service.

Phoned them Saturday 17th October the manager answered I asked to be connected to the Pharmacy he said it can’t be done as there was a problem in transferring calls from their main nr and was a problem for a day and he said they couldn’t fix it don’t know who is they suppose their technician it’s Pathetic service Rating is 0

Guess what Clicks, LOADSHEDDING is here to STAY! Make a plan! The government isn't going to help you. Get an inverter or something. This is utterly ridiculous. Once again we ended up at dead-man's-door....you closed your doors because it's loadshedding and we ended up having to drive halfway across town to buy medication. Highly annoyed that you can't think about your customer's requirements and plan for the future.

What an unbelievable experience.. 4 of us went for our covid shots first and second one and I would like to say thanks to the lady that helped us at the front door... She is one in a million... The staff is so organized.. Also a big shout out to the clinic sisters... Awesome job CLICKS SUNRIDGE

This pharmacy turned me away on a public holiday because my script for my HRT had expired. I thought I had a patch left and I did not. As it was a public holiday I could not get a script till the next day. This has been a repeat script and HRT is not an addictive drug. The impact this is having on me is devastating. Hormonal imbalances can be devastating. I’m feeling suicidal and the male pharmacists showed no concern. It’s diabolical.

The service for the Discovery Health Check was outstanding.After the check we wanted to buy some Arthoguard which was on special, buy 3 for the price of 2. Only problem was that they only had two in stock. The staff members we asked to check for us didn't look too happy about going to check. Ended up having to buy two for the price of 2.

Called the pharmacy to ask about the clinic, as my calls remained unanswered. Was told the sister's door is closed, so she is in with a someone. I could try calling again later or just show up, as you needn't have an appointment. I tried calling for another hour (about five times), decided to take my six-week baby for her immunizations and just go and wait. Arrived a few minutes later, as I live nearby, with a sign on the door that the sister wouldn't be in today, due to unforeseen circumstances. That's all good and well, but then the rest of the staff should know about it and let customers who call know the nurse is out. Not the first time I have been extremely let down by this Clicks. Unfortunately, they are convenient, so I put up with the incompetence I've experienced there.

After trying for a week to get my COVID vaccine done elsewhere, I decided to go to Clicks Sunridge. Good advice from the staff on duty was to arrive early (7:30am). The premises was neat and tidy and had chairs outside for the queue, as well as inside the store. The person in charge of the vaccine queue was calm and helpful. Vaccinator on duty Anelisa Sokwali did an excellent job: friendly, fast and efficient service.

The beautician at Clicks Sundridge Park is AMAZING! Got the best service there with Kiss nails I wasn't happy with. She and management sort it out in no time with a smile! For me, the best Clicks Elisabeth!
