Sounds Great Centurion

Update: We eventually did get our full refund with no issues after bringing both cards with us - this was highly appreciated. We also appreciated the friendly staff member from the first time we tried to return the dvd player, it helped a lot with this experience. However overall, it was still a difficult process and we don't see ourselves returning....We tried to return a faulty dvd player that was only a week old but could not do it because we did not have both cards with us however we had the one. We could not do a cash refund, but we had the receipts. I specifically did not appreciate the unfriendly and unhelpful service of the one staff member. The other staff member was friendly and informative, which was appreciated. I can understand the way the system works once explained but the treatment is what really got to me. We willl not be coming back to this store after we try get this dvd player returned. All in all, not good business.

Highly unhelpful and rude staff. The manager has no customer care skills at all.I purchased a soundbar from them. 5 months later it broke. They replaced the unit 3 days later. 5 months later it broke with the exact same issues. This time they gave me the run around to get a different product and kept blaming the manufacturer for the delay. Fast foward to 6 weeks later and after numerous follow-ups from my side they decide to give me a different sound bar. The main issue for me was the professionalism - despite being sound specialists" they are unhelpful and and rude."

Great Service with great prices.

Guys if you want to speak to people that has profound sound knowledge of the products they have... this is the place to visit. Plus their service are tops.

Discipline your store manager Jacques effective immediately. Extremely rude and incompetent to say the least. If he doesn't want to be a store manager then he should retire and spent his whole day on his phone in peace.

One of the worst electronic stores to vist or deal with when purchasing an item.Unfriendly staff and management. Quick to take payment for items purchased but bad service if you have to return an item.I would not recommend the Centurion branch.
