Randburg Glass CC

I cannot rave about Randburg Glass enough. We experienced a house break in where a large pane of safety glass was broken by the robbers to gain access to our home. I called Randburg Glass shortly after 8am the following morning asking if they will be able to install on the same day. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and within 30 mins they were here, another 30 mins and the broken pane was replaced as if nothing ever happened!!!Best service of any kind I've experienced in a very long time.

Paid Upfront for glass, was told 14 working days for delivery. A month later they still have our money and we don’t have the glass. Zero customer service and no answer on their line. Still waiting for the glass, still not resolved. Time for a refund. Randburg Glass.

Used to be a go-to company, but their lead times become longer and longer, they sent teams to measure twice, took ages, didn't install very well and used cheap & nasty support bars (which they never installed end caps for, so now I have ugly holes to look at), clips etc. They were not helpful or communicative or particularly polite even.EDIT for Owner’s reply: The job in question was not in my name, but of my contractor. This review was not written in error, nor meant for another company.

One stop shop. Way better option than buying shower doors/screen at a retailer and then finding a fitter for the installation. I had custom made shower door (bathroom 1) and shower screen (bathroom 2) at a competitive market price. Service was swift, convenient and professional from the time I enquired, to measurements being taken and final fitment done ✅

Bjorn is excellent at customer service. We need more dedicated people like this!!!!. The turnaround time for my windows to be replaced at my place was excellent and very neatly done. Will definitely refer everyone to Randburg Glass.
