I should have checked the reviews earlier. I had to follow up and beg them to courier a letter, just to find out the date of the letter was wrong. After communicating this to Christa, I was told that I should have checked the letter earlier, and if I want to have the have a letter with the correct date, I have to pay again! Worst service ever!

If I could have rated them on a 0, I would have.Applied for surname change through them and paid R3100, the 30 working days went by in which they would have corrected it. Eventually had to pay another agent to redo everything + they refuse to refund.We saw screenshots from what was applied for and what not on home affairs system. New Horizon did absolutely ZERO work for us. As far as I'm concerned, they are a scam.If you don't get any updates from agents on how your process is going, it's probably because they didn't do anything for you.
