They need to train their cleaners on how to clean. Just the basics.The office lady didn't show up to work, and so no cleaner was sent to us, as had previously arranged.But I enjoyed the attitude of one of the cleaner. She was very himble and respectful

Used them for cleaning and the maids stole clothing using black bags making as if they throwing out trash. I do not recommend this company

I have used Umhlanga rent a maid for well over 2 years now. The owner Andy will not return your calls or emails, the staff steal and are incredibly disrespectful. I would not recommend these services.

Andi manages this business amazingly. She was quick to respond, have good rates and Gloria was a cleaning goddess!! Experienced and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

Terrible Whatsapp and Email service. No response unless prompted repeatedly. I was told a cleaner was available and I had to fill forms to book but no forms were sent at all. Then they just ghosted and did not respond close to the time I needed a booking. Would not recommend to anyone.

Used rent a maid I do not recommended. I had 2 helpers as I needed help with packing as I moved into a new place. Both the maid stole 3 black bags of clothing as I thought it was dirt. I will never use them again.
