Extremely happy with the service and quality of Browns. They were quick to get a suitable and cost efficient solution to my waterproofing problem. While on site they pointed out other problems that I did not even know of , which saved me from further damages and further costs.I knew exactly what they were doing at all times seeing that their team kept me up to date throughout the whole duration of the repair. The Employees that were on site were extremely friendly, neat and were quick to answer any questions that I had.I would definitely recommend Browns for any Waterproofing, ceiling, coating or roof repair jobs.

Worst service ever. Not only did I have to endure 9 people violating my space to replace only 2 ceiling boards but I had to endure it for 5 hours. O ly women on the premises and we did not feel safe. They took their time taking long breaks...feeding my dogs who know what and then a second team entered the premises to also take a stroll through my bedroom to the bathroom where the work was done. How is it possible that it takes 5 hours to do a job that was previously done in 2. I am definitely complaining at the insutance as well. Hopefully they will not use you again.
