Been shopping here for a few years now, only getting parts when I need them and every time they never seize to amaze me with their customer interaction! They keep you up to date on your order and make sure you do not wait too long for your order and that is a bonus for me and I recon for most people! Oh! and the also include some sort of treat with your order! Very nice touch I must say!

Exceptional service from Dreamware Tech.I had an issue with a product from a defunct retailer, which Dreamware was a distributor of. I was treated as if I were a long time customer. Brent went through a lot of effort to resolve my very odd issue.Will definitely be returning.

Excellent service. Staff was friendly and kept me update all the way through with my order. Even going as far as to include a hand written note in the box. Will definitely be using them in the future. And to top it off I love the payment options including the use of Payflex which can really help someone out who is need of a product but lacks the method of paying cash upfront.

I just want to give a big thanks to the people at Dreamware Tech. Best service ever and I did not even buy the product from them.I bought a mouse from the good people at Techfox just before they closed. The mouse stopped working and the amazing people at Dreamware Tech helped me with the warranty process. I just received my brand new mouse today which even had a nice surprise (won't spoil it so just buy something from them and see)!Lovely service. Kind people. I'm very happy and will definitely look to Dreamware Tech first for any of my future tech needs.

Legends and ROCKSTARs... i ordered myself and my wife Memory and corsair Fans and all came so neatly packed and well cared for. I never needed to contact in and ask what is happening with my order as i was updated directly to my whatsapp through every step of the way .Brent kept me posted and updated with the entirety of my order and all items came delivered and in the best packing ive EVER SEEN in any delivery.
