The owner at reception is so unwelcoming, like she's doing me a favour to do my nails , which definitely rubs off on her staff.Onica was doing my nails while having a full on conversation with Johanna and when I asked a question, I was just dismissed and spoken to as if I was wasting their time because it was late and they wanted to go home ...Disgusting and so unprofessional...

First time going to this salon and absolutely fantastic. Amazing service and I have never gotten so many compliments on my nails. They have various color gels to choose from. The gel hasn’t chipped at all and is still looking great after two weeks. Cannot wait for my next session and will do my toes as well. Happy

Absolute disaster!!! They screwed up my hair colour so badly i walked out in a rage. The manager had the nerve to tell me that I have issues" but see the pictures included. I asked for NATURAL BLONDE. My grey roots are showing and I have cheap looking copper strips in my hair like something a teenager would wear. R1000 for this unbelievable nonsense and not even an apology!!!"

I always receive great and friendly service from the Gelli girls. I love the fact that they are open Saturdays and Sundays as this makes my life so much easier.

As I first time customer im really disappointed in the service I had received here (not on the first encounter, but the second one). I had my nails done on Thursday at the salon, I needed to do my nails urgently as a last minute I saw this salon and they were able to fit me in so I could do my nails last minute. Thanks for that. Unfortunately later on in the same afternoon my nails started chipping. By Friday they are already chipping on two nails. I went away for the weekend and today (on my last day of leave) there's no way I can go to work with bad looking nails that are chipping. I went back to the salon, and the lady that assisted me told me they are too full to fix my nails and I should come back tomorrow to get my nails fixed. How is it fair to a customer to make them come to your salon thrice for a service that was supposed to be done well initially??im really disappointed by the service I've been given.

I phoned to find out if they had an appointment. The lady answered and she was so friendly. She told me that she had an appointment open and we were early. We arrived early and they welcomed me and gran so nicely. I am very very happy with my eyebrows that I got done. Gran is very happy with her haircut. She said that she feels like a person! Thank you guys for your awesome service and a clean and calming environment not to mention the friendly staff.. Once again well done. I will definitely see you next month.

Friendly, efficient staff, a hair designer that really knows her stuff, relaxed atmosphere and trendy décor all combine to give you a wonderful hair/nail experience.

I had my 11 year old daughter's hair cut at Parkview, in December. I have paid R400 which is quite expensive. It was cut so badly I had to have it cut again at a different hairdresser. Without saying anything she asked me who on earth cut her hair before. It was really bad. Will not recommend this salon to anyone.The appointment was at 15:00 on the 29th

Did rubber based gel nails, a few times. Technicians have very basic training. Incompetent and rude.
