I was more than satisfied with their service. Neatnik is on time,professional and definitely of good value. I'd recommend them to friends and family.

Unfortunately they spent too much time reorganising our cupboards and not enough time on what we agreed on. The walls were not washed as agreed, some of the corner floors and some parts under the couches were not cleaned properly. The window lounge was also not cleaned properly. I was expecting my stove to look sparkling clean after the deep clean and sadly it did not. The kitchen counter also was not cleaned properly. I'm very disappointed that pictures of my house were taken without my permission and are now being used on social media to promote their business without my knowledge. I will give them kudos for organising my cupboards and cleaning them and also giving both bathrooms a good clean.
