I Googled up the car renewal service in Durban, this company came up along with the contact details(phone number).When the lady answered the line I asked how she was which she asked how she can help me, not great phone etiquette. I was referred to the website... No doubt you help with renewals efficiently etc but the customer experience in this instance wasn't great, I hope this helps you ensure that all customer interactions are great.

Absolutely pathetic. Does not keep to their promises. The employee I spoke to, Kim, I perceived as unhelpful, sarcastic and provides an overall poor customer service. Very disappointed.

I agree with some of the reviews here, the service on the telephone is pathetic, the lady who answers the phone needs to be taught some telephone etiquette.... i have been with easy renew for two years and very happy but twice i called in and had terrible service. i am thinking of just cancelling my contract. the one star is for the telephone service only.

Disappointed to learn that duplicate or replacement logbook services are not offered, but I highly recommend such services for licence renewals.

Worts customer service, replies to emails slow and no real communication.Asked for a refund of my money back, have not received any correspondence after that!Will not recommend using their services, rather go stand in line and complete the process yourself it is less painful.

Thank you for making our car licence renewal process so efficient and for taking away the risk of exposure during this covid period. I called twice to ask questions and the lady on the phone was friendly, professional and helpful. Two car licence disks were delivered problem free. Thank you EasyRenew. I definitely recommend using this company.

I would absolutely recommend easy renew for license disk renewals. They really to take the hassle out of renewing your license disk. The document upload section on the site could be made a bit more user friendly but overall it was a good experience. The lady I phoned was quite helpful and friendly. Also appreciated the constant tracking updates. Thank you easy renew team!
