To the Owner, i have not been to your store, but im am looking forward to visiting soon as a customer. It gives me great pleasure to see how you trying your best to address customer issues and also making time to attend to your Customer Reviews. It must be not easy, especially with some trying to ruin Company reputation. Keep well and keep up the good work.

Renovated my bathroom with some of the bathroom accessories they sell! Their products are awesome at good prices! Had an issue which they sorted out immediately all the way from Cape Town. Great sales, great after sales! Thanks Riaan!

I was about to make a purchase from the online store. I am so grateful for the reviews because I noticed how unapologetic and condescending the responses are from the store management, to people who are dissatisfied with their purchases or services. For this reason I will take my business elsewhere because I shudder to think what I will be told if I have an issue with the goods. Please be friendlier when dealing with dissatisfied customers.

I have visited the store 3 times and I have realised that as a black person I get a different treatment compared to other races particularly white. I have always been assisted by the black lady (not sure of her name). Yesterday when I got in the shop I met the black sales lady at the door but she was busy with other customers. I then walked around the shop waiting for her when a white gentleman whilst sitting on his desk asked if he could help me. I then went to his desk to show him I wanted to buy the slush o-rings. He then went at the back to check them out. The black saleslady came back and asked if I had been assisted of which I said yes, but I then asked her some questions about the o-ring grease when the white salesman came and gave the black saleslady my stuff to continue helping me. The saleslady then asked him why he was giving my stuff to her he then replied because you are talking to her". And like every other day the black sales lady continued to assist me. All three times I came to your store I have experienced racial discrimination. Your white sales people never really want to help me as a black person. We have come far in South Africa to still have people like them. Racism is sickening and disgusting."

No after sales service. Assistance available over the phone then only half the information you need. With some of the equipment I was misinformed. Had to replace brand new blenders with the correct ones. Even if it is the last place on earth, do not buy from them.

Good day, we visited your shop yesterday. We received great and friendly service from Jessie and thank her for that. She was wonderful and made our experience great. However, Chantelle was extremely rude to Jessie on our arrival. She did not even look up at us or Jessie when a question was directed at her. Not a great first impression. I always buy large quantities, I'm only coming back to the store because they have what we need. But there is a white lady at the pay point table, she is always rude to me, she is racist and some of the stuff are joining her racism. But good products they have there

Certainly worth five stars for customer support and quality equipment! I fully recommend Soft-Ice for catering equipment. The after sales support has also been great and both the owner, sales and technical staff deserves a pat on the back.
