Abbigail at Mr P Sport Blue Route Mall was amazing. She helped me locate the items I needed and the alternatives as your store did not stock the exact items I was looking for (hence the 4 star review, she deserves 6 out of 5). She was very friendly, professional and helpful and is an absolute asset to your store. She is every bit deserving of a promotion and a raise at your next consideration. I had the most refreshing experience at the store - the staff was not only friendly but very accommodating to my specific requests. The service was efficient and I’d highly recommend this branch to anyone who’s looking for both excellent customer service and a particular sports product in mind.

I needed to try something on. I was told that the lights weren't working in the fitting rooms. It was pitch dark and I had to use my cell phone torch. It would have been a simple matter to set up a lamp with an extension cord, or get a battery lamp. Seems no one could be bothered.

Not many helpful staff on the floor, but the staff at the counter were quite helpful.I wanted to talk to someone about some weights but no one was aroundEnded up accidentally knocking a weight off the shelf. Only then did staff take notice. Pretty dangerous to have a 12kg weight on a shelf. Almost hit my feet.The weight I was buying was a gift and too heavy for me. So I needed help carrying it and luckily the one guy by the cashiers was helpful and helped me to my car with the weight. So that’s one positive about the store.

The store was very quiet which made it easy and comfortable to browse. The staff were okay not really helpful yet not rude either. I must say that the cashiers were slow especially considering I was one of four customers in the shop at the time. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
