I went in on Monday and came out today. I can really not complain about this hospital. Staff was friendly, bathrooms was clean, bedding was clean, had my own room and food was not bad at all. I would recommend this hospital to anyone and I will go back to this hospital with peace in my heart. Well done guys!!!

I took my brother to Universitas this Friday with the opening of file it was so nice the clark who help me were so helpful but when we went to ward 7 omw terrible staff so unfriendly and unhelpful. We were told to wait in waiting room that is so dirty and we wait till a dr came and start exam him infront of other people. No no were is your patient rights?????? Me myself work as a Professional nurse in state hospital but will never do this to a patient. . I feel like make a case against this hospital. The bathroom so dirty he can't shower because chairs inside. I ask to clean there and even offer payment but still nothing done

Took my Dad to hospital he had difficulty in breathing, from the start Magriet assist immediately at the cardio sectionDr Schroeder has done a proper evaluation done xtrays...etcMagriet got a bed for my dad fast on the 3rd floor ward 3A bed 14.4 service was great from the ward team its clean and every one was very helpful.The only down side is that the bathrooms needs a lot of attention and upgrades. Thanks to all that made my Dad Mr MC Muller stay as comfortable as you could.Keep up the excellent service.

Not pleasant at all.Calling 6 times. They were unable to transfer my call to the Dept of Surgery and the direct numbers of Surgery are not available. Something needs to be done. I will surely give the MEC a call.

hi.. i give only 1 star. bcz m here after 6 months bcz dr give me appointment 14-06-2021 at 7am but they take me inside at 12pm i waited their long time empty stomach.. aftre that dr said we don't have beds to operate u.. SO WAY give ME APPOINTMENT. IF U DON'T HAVE Beds... and after that dr said m gona give u another appointment 27th September. but he doesn't know.. beds available or not that time. he said if u r lucky u get the bed if its not u not get the bed if bed its not available for patients to operate so u must call the patient and cancel the appointment

I was admitted to the the cardiovascular ICU on Monday. From referrals to the ICU unit was a (delight) the staff was very caring and new how to make you feel comfortable. Wednesday I was moved to the ward and even the staff there is brilliant. I DO WISH THE GOVERNMENT WILL GIVE THE STAFF BETTER AND UPDATED EQUIPMENT. I take my hat off to the all staff working in this hospital. Thank you for everything.

We strive indeed to profer the best quality service we can offer. Matching forth and facing the pandemic head on. Beside it becomes easy when as a, professional, people who honestly can't afford medical expenses are rendered the best quality care be it human resource crisis or consumables crisis we still find a way to be there and nurse anyone under our roof needing health services or even dorections in the Hospital itself
