DIKELEDI: what a super service oriented employee. I was welcomed with a warm smile and she assured to do all the documents I needed to print, regardless of the volumes. Dikeledi is a rare find breed. Her pleasant attitude cannot be compared. Thank you once again and in my world she is the employee of the century. Thank you and keep up the excellent work DIKELEDI.

This must be one of the older postnet branches to be around however it’s got all the power machines and services the other newer Postnet’s branches doesn’t have , after driving to 3 postnets around Midrand this postnet could laminate A2 and bigger the service was fast friendly and efficient . Staff was lovely and professional.

Don’t even think about getting any printing work done here. Incompetent staff and systems don’t work. Rather go to Jetline around the corner.

Postnet Kyalami exceeded my expectations in delivery baby essential items quickly, safely and affordably to Cape Town. They were even willing to collect the goods at my house, pack it for me, and return it back to me should I wish to use another service provider. They also warned that the lockdown backlog may mean delivery takes longer than the normal 2-3 working days for economy". Nevertheless

I was here yesterday doing work not related to Postnet and I went past their closing time of 17h00. At about 17h20 a gentleman walked in to get American passport photos done. I explained that they were closed but the lady working here came out of the back and assisted the customer. That I considered to be awesome service.

If I could give them less than a star I would.I understand there can be miscommunication over the phone but when I have given the dimensions and weight 3 times to make sure they could give me an accurate quote only to go to the store and be told it will cost 6 times more than the quote I received over the phone.Only to be told they misheard me over the phone and then get an i'm sorry.I cannot tell my customer I am sorry but you will have to pay me a lot more money to have your parcel sent to you.Absolutely terrible service.
