Absolutely pathetic service from a massive store with several off-brands, none of which have tills open so you have to go to the main counter. Out of the 12 available tille options only 2 are open and it's not like they are short staffed. They are just lingering around chatting to each other instead of serving clients. Useless.

Truworths at Brooklyn Mall. No-one to help at downstairs tills. I called and waited...nobody came to take my payment. Eventually I went up the escallator to top floor pay till next to shoes. One lady on phone. I waited behind another client who was getting agitated. Eventually I put my clothes down on counter and walked out. I was stopped at door and informed that someone would assist me soon. By then I had enough of non existing client service.

If I could I would give this store far below 0. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Manager laughs at upset customers. I would agree with previous reviewers that this store’s employees treat customers extremely bad. Very very bad for the reputation of The Truworths brand. Losing loyal customers on a daily basis.

Racist employees at this branch. Cannot pay at the fragrance paypoint because they take everyone from the main till first. Although they helped someone at the exact same till before us. Called the manager and he had a very bad attitude

Disappointing service,arrogant staff.They just dont care that there are 50 people waiting in the queue and there are just 2 tills open...and even those 2 tills that were open appeared to be on a go-slow☹️

Pathetic!Tell me why the staff told their manager that they won’t help me because I didn’t greet them when I walked into the store. Am I supposed to knock and greet when I get inside the shop, mind you I greeted the security when I walked in. So I was supposed to walk up to them and greet them before I shop. I love Truworths but they can miss me shame.

Went instore to get dresses security we’re walking near by me till I hear on on the saying are you referring to the yellow dress then I realised this guys asumed am a thief am so sad with the way I was treated your security is very unprofessional

The service terrible. Their alway something you have a hikup. So unfriendly. Newer can ridge them by phone. I'm so gatvol for all the unpleasant experience at menlyn store.

Purchased perfume but stood in queue too long as 2 cashier's and then one left for a break. I asked if I qualify for some samples as I was spending a lot,told no. Then whilst in queue the lady behind me got a fist full of them samples. Suppose it's ok for your mates or others or staff to get? I glared and made it obvious I noticed and then I received 3 samples as he felt guilty being caught out.
